Cancellation Policy

Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice ONCE. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be voided. The Deposit is not refundable at any time.Please understand that its Amber's decision whether or not your appointment will be rescheduled or not. Also if you are unable to make your appointment please allow a 12 to 24 hour notice so that you deposit can be credited to your next service. Also if you have canceled your appointment you have 2 weeks to reschedule to transfer your original deposit!!!
